I have (had) two trays of fakkir lilies potted up (seed kindly sent by flower lady).Was letting them get a little bigger before planting. I put the trays against the wall of the outhouse. Have just been out in to the garden and the birds have scratched half of them out of the pots!!! :'( I have replaced them in to the pots so I am hoping they will survive.) Talk about  bite the hand that feeds me :' They are now safely in the old pigeon loft, it has a big wire front so they should get plenty of light.

ha ha Georgie. I think the sun has done something to my brain. I go to a friends every Wed evening, get there at 6.30pm. This evening at 7.30pm she rang and said "Are you coming this evening?" OOPS, I thought it was Tuesday today. For goodness sake don't tell Alishka, she already thinks I am bonkers. Please note every one the plants are indeed Kaffir lilies ;D ;D
