Can I move it?

Hi, I don't generally grow non-edible plants, but have recently moved to a beautiful garden with 3 rose bushes, however 1 is in the wrong place, it's where I want to put my fruits, so can I move it, and if so when

PS I have no idea of variety, it is pinky/peach and about 7 feet tall!

Dig it up in October, and move it. Cut it back well at the same time, and it should be fine.
