Anybody know where the cheapest place is to buy guttering? We have a tap by our plot but I prefer the benefits of rain water but its going to cost us a fortune.

any building going on near you where you might get the leftovers?
or do you know any double glasing people where they replace guttering and down pipes what do they do with the old ones they take off houses?
try your local tip?

I got mine from the local reclamation yard, though obviously it would be cheaper from a tip or a skip.

For some reason every skip seems to have guttering in it.
If you have to buy its not the dearest stuff in the world.
Maybe someone on the looties has some spare - most people over-scavenge for a rainy day (pun intended)
