E-Bay Shop HELP!

Anyone out there run one?

Been selling for ages now and have decided to get a shop, but find trolling around the e-bay site for answers very confusing, so was wondering if there is anyone out there that could give me basic, easy to understand advice! ;D
(such as how do they charge shop fees, normal listing plus more?what is shop  inventory actions etc. etc.!)
