My dad tells me he has planted out his sweetcorn already but i thought that they are not frost hardy.

I have some to put out which i have grown from seed in pots, however i don't want the frost to kill them!

Has anyone else planted theirs out?

Hi kipper, I planted mine out today, its a bit early but I need the space, keep an eye out for frosts or put cloche over them.good luck

mine are still on windowsill!  Be careful about anything you plant out as night temps are forecast as 2 degrees tomorrow and tuesday.

Still bringing mine along in pots - and I started here (E. Mids) a couple of weeks earlier than 2005 too.

Better germination than last year tho.
