BEAUTIFUL Eric, I love em! Which reminds me, must dig my lonely one before we move!

You would be very lucky if it survived being dug up D.P. They hate root disturbance. If it does not then give me a call and I will send you some seed. That way you might even get some different colours.

I have pink, red and purple ones at the moment. Stunning - my favourite flower, I think.

Was lucky enough to see some growing in the wild at the weekend. They used to be quite common in the chalky grassland on the hills round here, but are down to just one site - the sides of a protected anglo saxon d**e.

Oh, thanks for that tip Eric, will leave it for the new occupants then, hate to think I would kill it!
So do they grow easily from seed? And yes please can I have some! ;D

Do these have a common name? We bought one last week to put in a liitle alpine trough.

Palustris

Pasque flower, but there are so many species and varieties you should know their Latin name if you want to get a particular one.
