sad news i read this everning   i have a few of his records (inherited from my mum) spooky for me i was playing them this afternoon  with my kids messing singing and dancing iv not played them since my mum died

I liked all his stuff, saw him twice, absolutely brilliant!

I'm glad he went doing what he loved best, touring.  He was too young to go but at least he went with the sound of a standing ovation ringing in his ears. RIP Gene.
