Ladybirds out & about

Spotted the first one of the year today, I presume it overwintered next door & crawled out to catch some sun.

Last week I saw a few ladybirds nestled in my as-yet-unsprouted  >:( broccoli plants. I'll be growing late sprouting brocc again as I didn't realise it was a potential habitat for the dear ladies. Will give the sprouts a good shake before taking them home ;)

I've seen several too over the last few weeks, hopefully they will all wake up soon!
