If you look at the top of the page just under the A4A title you will notice a row of buttons, one of these buttons is marked wiki.  Click on this button and it will take you to the wiki.  On the contents list in the wiki you will see ' List of vegetables to grow ' click on this, then scroll down to tomato, click on the heading tomato.

Will this be expanded to add growing in pots/growbags & the neat trick of lying them horizontal to get a better root system........anyone? ::)

There is a section in the wiki on container growing AM, as for the better root system, please feel free to add any information to the wiki

Thats brilliant, who to thank. There was loads written last year Alishka about laying them horizontal if you do a search.
