I have sown my Red Cabbage and summer ( Primo) at the same time.
the summer is fine, but the red has become very leggy and starting to keel over.
both seed trays have been out in the lovely sunshine and kept in same conditions.
the reds have just their fist pair of leaves.  should I repot and how deep.  they are 4-6 inches! tall.

Don't think it would hurt to repot, and you could bury the stem to just below the leaves, I've done this before and they seem to do well.

I am thinking of growing some red cabbage. Are they appealing to pigeons though, as the pigeons eat any other greens on my plot until there are just stalks left.

Yes, I have nets, but anything that doesnt need them is worth considering.
