Oh that looks so lovely Eric. My snowdrops are only just starting to poke through the ground! Can't wait to see them though - I love them!

Eric I am really jealous, I love snowdrops.
My daughter-in-law bought me some bulbs which I put on Charlie's grave. I am going at the weekend as Lorna (jnr) said there is something poking through but she didn't know what they are.. If not successful I will have to try and buy some "in the green" as advised on here.

Palustris

Well, if you need some, give me a call and I will dig some up for you and send them. They do not need to be 'in the green' they just need to be out of the soil for as little time as possible.

Eric. That is really generous of you. Thank you.
The ones Donna gave me were in a little bag so no way of telling how long they have been out of the ground. I really will take up your kind offer if mine fail.... Lorna

I had one snowdrop flowering last weekend, alone in the middle of a patch of soil I dug over at Christmas. Unfortunately I forgot to recharge the camera batteries so I couldn't get a pic.

Eric.  The one I told you about just before Christmas has finally opened.  So now I have two out!   ;D
