I have been digging wet soil, which I know I shouldn't but couldn't help myself when the weather was finally ok. Is there anything I can do to counteract the damage I may have done?

Just leave it to dry and ariate.

We hve done some digging today, will allow it to drain better, cleared some docks out, feel better for doing stiff again, gave Mrs blackbird and Mr robin worms which they loved

Yes, Mr Blackbird was following me around too!

I was doing surface weeding today as I have some pretty huge weeds ( to my shame), but I was cheered up by a little robin following me around as well......it was completely silent apart from birdsong, most therapeutic!
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

At worst the only thing you will have done is turned the cold soil to the bottom so it will just take a little longer to wrm up
When you wake up on a morning say "good morning world" and be grateful
