I have done this in the pumpkin section with all my squash seeds, so as I have soooooooooo many toms, thought I would do the same with them.  I have at least a dozen toms where I can find no information!!  I fear I have an awful addiction!  ;)

I haven't grown all of them....I receive lots of fab, unusual and heirloom seeds from a lovely dear friend which gives me the chance to play.  I love the plum toms, great for cooking, sweet, often with plenty of flesh.  Beefsteaks are amazing!  Beeeutiful sliced thickly and fried with a little fresh garlic then smothered over freshly toasted white bread.  The cherrys are like sweets, but I think the yellow ones lack the flavour punch of the red ones.  The white ones are the sweetest and most tomato-ee.  I grew one variety last year, and am doing all 3 this.  To be honest, I love them, we use gallons of tom sauce throughout the year, so not one is wasted!  ;D

i'll try to persuade my wee pal porgy to try & grow some of the white one this year.

Again a wonderful display, I will admit to envy/jealousy after my total crop failure last year ...
