Erm, well, Carol, I close my eyes, and tell my brain in a very firm manner, to tell my arm, or which ever body part is required to move, to move. Most of the time, I find this works OK, though, am never too certain as to the outcome.... ;D ;D ;D Sorry...am slapping own knees... OK, erm, Pull up reply bit, click on the thingy you want, then put your message in between the brackets. But as for the colour bit, haven't a clue!!
