polytunnel plastic

does anyone know of a website where i can order the plastic used for polytunnels - cheaply of course! i found a website which has it but its around £70 for 7.3M x 10M and this is the smallest size they have. this is a bit big for my needs as i want to make a few cloches.

i was just wondering about that!
is there some magical property in polytunnel plastic that is absent from other types of plastic?
david has a plan in mind that involves the bendy rods from an old tent and some roofers polythene.
any reason this won't work?
or is it 'not as good as the real stuff' but 'considerably better than nothing'?

Don't know about the plastic but Dave will have to make sure his is well fastened down.  Polytunnels are heavy weight things made of heavy weight galvanise steel piping (in my experience) I may be in with a chance of getting a next to nothing one from a farm.  It will probably need plastic as well and I have no idea how big it is - it's a mate's mother's.
