The orach is from Vida Verde - other names are Mountain Spinach and german spinach. I think I have also seen it called tree spinach. Grown for leaf use in salads - but I found it rather bitter for my taste. Tried to find the link in their catalogue for you, but couldn't find it - only looked quickly though.
