As my nephew is up  here at the moment with his mum,we have had the latest on the saga of the  bullying thug.

As soon as the yob in question began to realise the trouble he was in,he changed his story and either bullied or bribed several of his mates to back him up.His version is that Mark was playing about with a football and he merely tackled him to get the ball off him,as you would! As Mark hates football it is a bit of a stupid excuse to use anyway.

So a complete accident he broke his arm then? B******s !! Luckily for my family the police do not believe a word of it,and intend to individually question each of the so called witnesses. It is now definitely going to court, even if Mark gets scared  the nearer it gets to going back to school, and tries to pull out.The headmaster is suspending the yob for as long as it takes to get a result, but he is doing himself no favours in lying.Apparently if he had admitted it and shown remorse he would most likely have only got a caution!

Poor Mark is still suffering ,he cannot use his arm properly yet,and there is a slight risk he may never fully regain the use of it .He goes back to the hospital this friday. It could still take a while to get to court and the compensation claim cannot be sorted out until they know for sure about the long term effects.

It has come at a bad time for them all.My sister and her husband lost their business last year and he has not been able to work since through long term  injuries caused by humping round sacks of spuds for years on end.He will eventually be able to do light work if the operation he had on his spine gives him back his mobility. My sister has so far only been able to get agency work as a nanny so they could have well done without this extra worry.

We are treating them tomorrow night to a nice meal and a family get together. And i am still angry!!

Margeret,

Least it looks like the little villan is getting what he deserves, hopefully the shock of being suspended and police being involved may make him think twice about bullying in the future.

Hope you have a nice meal tomorrow night, it is amazing what you can get through with the love and support of your family behind you.

Oh Margaret, being a mum, I really feel for your sister and you all!  What a horrid situation, but at least it is being treated seriously and not brushed under the carpet.  Fingers and toes crossed that the outcome at the hospital is positive.   Here's wishing you all a lovely evening tomorrow and sending you all our best wishes and good cyber vibes!

Love
Emma and Mark

Make the most of today, because you'll never have it back again.

I hope he recovers fully; I've been assaulted enough times to know exactly how it feels!

I was bullied as a child and remember it as tho it was yesterday, my commiserations to Mark and hope he endures the court case without too much stress.

Kerry

best wishes to you all in a very stressful situation. :-*

Hope it all turns out positively for Mark and your family. Is he getting physio? (It did wonders for my arm after I'd broken my shoulder - had no movement in it when I came out of plaster, now have about 99% movement.)

I cannot stand bullies and am particularly glad the police are not believing this boy's new story.

Let us know what the hospital says.
gone to pot :D

Margaret I hope you have a lovely night tonight. Give yourselves a break and try not to think about the awful things which have been happening to you all. Just for this evening. You all sound like you need a good night of family laughter and warmth. Tomorrow you can look to the future.  All the best to Mark. Hope that bully gets what he deserves >:(

weedbusta
