Having a coffee and mucking about with pictures. (Toddler in having a nap!). I quite like this one and have named it  "Cosmic Seagulls"

Thanks Roy!  The gulls were in my back garden. I've been trying to get an in the air close up whilst hanging out of my bedroom window.  I never can get over how pure white they are.

It is a strange picture isn't it. Like they've come down from outer space and are on their way back. Bit eery in some respects.

I will take care when hanging out of the window...I don't really like heights! I tried to snap some gulls off the pier yesterday but they wouldn't play ball. I had my son chucking bread up into the air for the gulls to catch  but he couldn't throw it high enough. Only thing is with trying to get them that way, is the missiles they send back!

Yes Heldi, I agree there is something eery and cosmic about them :o  Beautiful picture !

I wonder if the projectiles they send back would do well on the compost heap? ??? ;D ;D ;) ;D

What a great photo Heldi :D  How lucky you are to have the seagulls around.  I love photographing them, they are such striking birds, have loads of great photos, just can't resist whenever we visit the seaside :)
