Pride comes before..........?

I was just scrubbing the last of our Colleen, for daughter's 50th today (only 20 to cater for!!), & was feeling pleased that we had had no slug damage despite the pots being the only juicy things in an area of concrete. And there it was - the only slug in 2 rows!

I imagine that, when we start the Nicola & Lady Balfour, they won't be as nicely scrubbable as these have been. But hope they'll be as slug-free.

Stick with the pride Tim, these look like a very nice of crop of spuds.  Just hope mine look as good!   By the way,  if you're ever short of slugs...........
