Could anyone tell me what variety potato has a mauve flower?   Would they be a red skin variety?
I had to drive to Shropshire yesterday and I saw fields of the most amazing pale lilac/blue colour.   Quite spectacular.
This would certainly brighten up an allotment don't you think?!

I think pinky flowers are from red spuds.  At least, I hope so!  :-\

Many varieties have mauve flowers, it doesn't always indicate the skin colour of the spud though
