Lottie-less until I can afford a house with it's own garden.

I've only been looking at it for a few weeks, but I have to say I'm not too impressed with its accuracy.   :-\

But then again, is there a good 'un anywhere?
I hoe, I hoe, then off to work I go.

was happier with Metcheck than the bbc and met office. But new version i s***e. No frost forecast (maybe they think we don't get frost in summer), and no drying forecast for the washing.

I found metcheck to be much more accurate than the others. But am also missing the frost forecast. I doubt we'll get any in my area now until october (I hope!) I tried to find somewhere to email them and tell them, but couldn't find anything! I do like the evaporation rate and soil temperature though.
gone to pot :D

I had an email back from Metcheck -

QuoteThe
frost forecast will be back in September (it only runs from September to
the end of April).

end of April? That's no good. No one is going to be putting half hardies out until after that, so that's when we need to know if there is a frost. tsk. Do they know nothing?
gone to pot :D

There's a saying - "be kind to your web-footed friends, for the duck may be somebody's mother".

They haven't done too badly since inception, have they??

Merry Tiller

Tim, do you enjoy a few drinks in the evening ???

tim

Not too sure how to take that?

But of course!  Don't you??

Merry Tiller

Indeed I do ;D, maybe that's why I sometimes have trouble interpreting other peoples messages ???

What I meant was that a very young company has outrun some of the old hands - so be generous? They are so good that we now expect too much?

PS And please note the time of my comment?

Merry Tiller

Noted.

Yes, I see what you mean now.
