Last night was a full on roast - Rib eye beef with roast spuds, squash and parsnips, boiled carrots and broccoli. Even the gravy was made using my onions, celery and carrots! Tonight may be cold beef leftovers with some home pickled gherkins, hot and spicy chutney and some rye and beer bread.
