Did I see on here an address or site you can go to to stop junk mail? I remember the unwanted phone calls and registered with that but was there one for junk mail too?

You did Val, It was me!
The mail one is
http://www.mpsonline.org.uk/mpsr/
and the phone one for anyone interested in getting rid of unwanted phone calls from people offering double glazing et al!
http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/
The phone one certainly worked for us!

TPS has worked quite well with us, but we still keep 'winning lotteries in the US'.
Some are recorded messages, so you suddenly find that the chap doesn't react when you tell him to............!

We used to be pestered quite often when we were with BT and being in the phone book didn't help, >:( things changed as soon as we went over to cable and being ex-directory with an automatic bar on premium rate numbers, it's been heaven. ;D

The Tps has worked brilliantly for us. We only get the odd recorded message now. I would recommend it to anyone. :)
