Hello!
I hope you don't mind me posting this here but I was wondering if anyone could help me out with some research I'm doing for my PhD. I'm based within sociology at the University of Kent and I'm looking at forms of self-sustainability and meaning around this from those with a couple of herb plants to those who seem to have everything on the go. I've been doing some work with community garden projects and now would like to interview some people who do these things in their own homes or on allotments so I was wondering if anyone on here might be happy to be interviewed?
It'd involve me coming to you, buying you coffee and asking a couple of questions but mostly just letting you tell your own story of your involvement with growing, brewing, looking after chickens, sewing, anything that you might do/want to do.
It would be best if you could be based in the South East but any help, anywhere in the UK would be amazing to help me get the PhD done, but also actually be talking some sense about people's experiences!
