Glad all went well, I'm most impressed you've given up smoking as well! Hells bells, I hope you have plenty of other vices to compensate..... ;D

If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

So that's that over and done with. Enjoy the film - preferred the second one myself! :)
And well done on the smoking front too! Keep it up - the non-smoking, that is! ;D

Congratulations on kicking the smoking habit and for still being able to type straight after anaesthetic!
Glad it all went well.

I could have got home earlier as I was in theatre at 7.30 this morning and back up in the ward by 10.00. Silly nurse thought I was awake at 11.30, but I closed my eyes again and carried on sleeping on my back, (snoring was commented on) Decided I wanted to go home about 1pm, so they gave me a milky drink to see if I could keep it down, got dressed, Nipped outside when nobody was looking and sent pre-arranged text to OH. Sat by bed all innocent while they whipped out some gadgets that were stuck in my hand. Told them I was telepathic and I had just wished my driver to come as she walked through the door. Grabbed my goody bag of medicines and whizzed out of the door.

""I have only just realised, I forgot to put my nicotine patch on this morning. I'm on the weakest anyway so it looks like I might have cracked that problem as well.""
That is wonderful news ACE - go to the top of the class for determination!

Dvd was good but the large jug of real fruit smoothie was a mistake. I am by nature a bit of a salad dodger and my 5 a day is malt, hops, yeast, sugar and water. So the smoothie put a road straight through me, and now I've got 'a bum like cherry'
