I guys. Hope you are all keeping well.
I've been working on the nestcams for this coming season, but still have some work to do. If you click on my Birdiecam icon, and you might see something, or stick the URL in your favs. Don't expect miracles, as it is early days yet, but I did have a potential resident visit one of the boxes today.

Really loking forward to your birdie cam again this year Denis. :D Let's hope Bleep or one of her friends moves in so that we can watch the live action again. ;D

Really looking forward to watching your birds again, it was wonderful last year. We have a nestcam at school and the same, a bird has been in looking around. Hope you get a nest.

Bought my Mum & Stepfather one last year. Had great tits in it, laid eggs but then abandoned the box which was a huge shame. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it gets used this year.

Don't disturb the birds, it can make them desert.

Hi guys. Sorry I've not been around for a while, but been busy, and then had a bit of an accident last Friday eve. Will be out of action for up to 10wks, so not be able to do what I had in mind, re nestboxes. However, still have last years setup, so keep clicking, checking, and maybe we might get something. ;)
Mean't to say. You will probably find a cam focused on a feeder, which also happens to be the least busiest one, as it is at the back door, so there is always a bit of disturbance, but as soon as, if, I get a bird in, I will swirch to that cam. :)

Sorry to hear about your accident and hope you will soon be better. I have been watching the blue tit feeding on the nuts and to think I can see it here in Wiltshire when you are in Northern Ireland is magic. ;D ;D
Looks like you have had some snow there today.

Hi Pauline. The snow you see has been laying for a couple of days now. just the sun never gets to that part. It is actually trying to snow now.
That feeding station is just one of twelve round the house. Home made fat balls, and peanuts at each one, and I throw some seed out on the ground for the ground feeders. Robins, finches, sparrows, etc. Very rewarding to have so many around. Glad you enjoy watching.

For those that don't know, Denis was hit by a car on the way in, I say on the WAY IN, to the pub!
Luckily, most of the bumps were on his head so no worries about brain damage! ;)
The Hospital also discovered, after 4 days, that he had also broken his ankle, that's why he wont be climbing any ladders any time soon.
Get well soon Denis. :-*
