Hi all

http://www.allotment.info/faqs.htm

Ordered the DVD set previously discussed on the forums, been waiting a month now since 22/1 and have not had a chasing email answered. Will phone them tomorrow.

Anyone else had any similar problems.

Thanks

Hi  Tony,
I had a problem with Delivery of these `DVD`s about 4 months ago.So I Emailed them ,on a Monday ,asking about the delivery and got no response, when it got to Friday ,I sent quite a BLUNT email asking them, why don`t you answer my 1st Email.
I then, got an response to that Email, within 2 hrs, in this Email ,she stated, she was the Producer of the ITV show and that she hadn`t ,received my 1st email.
On checking Internet Explorer 6 --`SENT  BOX` it showed I had SENT IT.
She then said, the `DVD`  had been put in the Post immediately, when my initial  application was received by her-- did it get lost in the POST ? ?
She then stated, that another DVD, would be put in the Post-- this I received the very next day.
Hope this helps -- PETER

Mine took a while, but arrived the day before yesterday.
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

28 days today for me, plus two unanswered emails. They are absolutely useless both at supplying their product and customer care. I paid them by Paypal so they have had my money for a month now. >:(
How are you supposed to deal with them from this point? I suppose I could ask Paypal for my money back?

Mine came today, 30 days after paying for it, marked 2nd copy. To be fair it seems the first one may have been lost in the post and they did send the second one without any hesitation.
