Can you use wadding from textile shops instead of horticultural fleece?
Thanks

Hmmmmm I would imagine not to lay over plants Jo, as it would get very heavy when wet, but would perhaps work to wrap around pots etc?

If I am caught short I use old net curtains. You can pick them up for next to nothing from the charity shops. Made good butterfly proof cabbage coverings earlier in the year!
