Landlady calls for some decorum
« on: December 19, 2003, 12:18:22 »
Thankyou,Dan;very generous, but if the drinks are free for that long I am going to need a lot of assistance.Any takers? or are you all going to come behind the bar and just help yourselves? Hmmmm.......
That could be something of a squash so not to be recommended. ::)

Of course, there will be no pay involved.Just doing it for the love of it of course. ;D

See you all tonight.Off to bottle up!![/font]

Do you know,Lish,I just knew someone was going to mention "squash". Surely at least one of us has got to remain sober.

No I am not volunteering either.I need to know if this bar is for the pre panto drinks for the performers. And is the party afterwards? gosh it is going to be a long night. What time does the bar open,by the way?

As a special treat,I am at this very moment brewing a home made concoction that you will all love.It is called "Special lottie punch" and is made from  the leftover veg that you all couldn't give away this year.Plus a secret ingredient, and the first person to guess it will get an extra special prize, presented on stage at the end of the performance.

BB, well, it has come from the bit of me lottie I am clearing..I think the brussel sprouts as ornaments are a nice touch don't you? And the cabbage whites make a beautiful show, though the super glue to stick em on does not seem to be working that well  :( As to the mixed vegetable model of Monty Don on the top.....it appears to be wearing a very pained expression  :-/
Looking forward to the punch Margaret, I have an extra squash you can throw in if it is not too late! Thinking on what the mystery ingredient is, will let you know what I think after the tasting..gotta go, moustache to bleach, legs to wax, Tiara to polish..CU all later  Dottie

Sadly no Margaret, had 5 years hard slog as a veggie, was finally been by a drunken doner kebab (me drunk, not kebab, although that would have been amusing sight  ;D)  But then, doner kebab isnt really meat...

I mostly eat veg and fishes (cos they havent any feelings - only kidding) cos meat is HEAVY and I love pigs, cows and sheeps too much to really get into eating them...

Tried to get suggestions for Vegan xmas dinner but not joy, do you have any?
