Allotments in Talbot Green/Llantrisant area.

I'm looking at moving to this area in summer 2017 and wondered if anyone on here knows about allotments in the area.
I'll get in touch with the Council down there for the official view, but thought personal knowledge would be extremely useful.
For example, availability, waiting lists, plot sizes, soil types, security etc.
Any information would be much appreciated.
