Had a look in my stash of seeds and discovered some dahlia tubers looking sad and sprouting a bit. So I have potted them into peat for a while  - cos I thought was still a bit chilly to put them on the allotment. Is that the right course of action? They are in the garage at the mo - what should i do with them next?
Thanks,
Sarah.

I would leave them where they are Sarah and let the grow on a bit.  Just make sure they are frost free and have plenty of light.  Once fear of frosts has passed then you can plant them out.  Cheesy

Anyone have any favourite types they can recommend - bit bamboozed with all the different varieties.
