A couple of weeks ago Ken (the man who helps me look after the cats) told me that a dog had been hit by a van at a busy road junction near the allotments. Together with a couple of other people he had run after it and managed to catch it. A passing motorist took it to a nearby vets.
I showed the article to Ken today and he said he would really love to meet the owner and especially the dog. I've contacted the reported who wrote the story to see if he will pass on Ken's details.
