small, how often do they collect your brown bin? I could easily fill a bin a day with couch from my plot! Grin

However, I did have a small victory yesterday. Last weekend we strimmed the asparagus bed because the couch appeared to have taken over completely. Went down today and-lots of asparagus!

When i first cleared my plot I took all the dug out couch to the local tip....bags and bags of it! The raised beds still get a touch at times, but it's now easy to keep on top of. I've recently got an old dustbinn so I'm going to try the drowning method for any regrowth from now on. The plot I'm still clearing is dandelion/couch heaven, I now think dandelions are worse........ Undecided
