  red palm and canola oil have been using this for two years or more just wondered if any one else has tried it  find results are good . can be used for baking, roasting, frying ,and salad dressings. you can also deep fry as well.  Grin Grin

  Hi Rosebud  it really works on yorkshire puddings a treat its rich in vitamin A & E high in omega 3 & 6 it is 100% natural and cholestrol free.We buy it from Morrrisons

we buy ours from asda, it's a lovely colour and we stir fry with it and add it to home made bread instead of olive oil, adds a lovely taste  Grin
