Christmas Drink

1 measure fresh orange juice
1 measure medium sherry
1 slice of orange
a little sugar
1 tablespoon port.

Put the sugar in a tumbler with some crushed ice.Add the orangejuice and sherry  and stir.Place the slice of orange on top with 2 straws through the middle.Pour the port over the orange and serve.

it's called a Sherry Cobbler.

Yum!  I don't really like sherry, have tried and tried, but mixing it like that is well worth a go!
