I hope not because mine aren't in yet. The packet says to sow outdoors, mid April to mid July.

Sowed mine yesterday.  No, it's definitely not too late, I have always sown at the beginning of May.  Good luck. Smiley

don't forget French beans are annuals, and don't last the whole summer like runners (at least the dwarf ones don't). Plant some every month to get  a continuous crop into the autumn
