whew, I'm just having a rest after processing 8 kilos of tomatoes (had to, no room in the freezer for anything else) in to
tomato sauce for pizzas 'n' things, the freezer's just given a sigh of relief, tried roasting them wth garlic and chilli (another glut ), then seived them through a coarse seive, will add loads of onions, haven't cut them up yet, then some chopped up peppers to use up the green ones cook it down with some black pepper and sea salt and there we are, it should only take a quarter of the room in the freezer and will do for my pasta and lasagna,

wel, there we are, all the onions are in, basil and cayenne pepper, all simmering on the stove, trouble is, it's made me hungry so off for lunch
