Beetroot chutney

Apples were free from a friend.
Onions and beetroot I grew myself.
Just cost me the price of 1lb of sugar, half a pint of vinegar and a bit of gas.

Tastes good already! NOTE TO SELF: leave it to mature!!

Thanks for the recipe.  Was thinking about beetroot chutney today as I'm going to be growing beetroot next year
