Cauliflowers

I have some cauliflowers that are going to be ready in the next week do they produce more than one flower head or do I pull the whole plant.

Only one flower head, and as soon as it is ready then pull it, they soon go over.

I more or less agree with Chripy although you can delay the need for picking a little by folding the leaves over the curd to keep it out of the sun ( light)
