Description: The Victoria Jubilee Allotments (VJA) are owned by Birmingham City Council and were opened on 12 June 2010. They comprise 79 plots next to Handsworth Park, a railway to the west, Parklands Estate (Persimmon Homes) to the east between the site and Hamstead Road in the B20 postal area of the city, with new playing fields including a cricket ground on slightly higher ground between the site and Holly Road. Entry to the site is via Victoriana Way off Hamstead Road, Handsworth - a small turning opposite Karebabies Day Nursery and Wellesbourne Road.
