Description: 12 June 2010. This was the queue for the 79 plots on the new Victoria Jubilee Allotments on land handed over by Persimmon Homes under a S106 Agreement negotiated in 2004. The site runs next to Handsworth Park to the north. It's bounded by a railway line in a cutting to the west, new houses to the east - between it and Hamstead Road - and by new playing fields (not yet ready) between it and Holly Road to the south.
