Not too sure we want West Spam to come up.
You're our feeder club (thanks for Defoe, Carrick, etc), a good retirement home for our old boys (e.g. Sherringham, Rebrov), those not quite good enough for us (Zamora, Etherington) and somewhere to loan some of our youngsters to get a bit of experience (Davenport).
What's more, our record in London derbies is not far short of abysmall. What's more, being Spurs supporters living in exile (Sheffield), Preston is a lot easier for us to get to for an away day.
However, we still have a soft spot for West Spam - though not as soft as the spot we've got for Ars*nal (the bog at the end of our allotment!)
We could even get to watch your boys if Wednesday manage to beat Hartlepool in their play-off final.

we've supplied endless talent to other clubs over the last few years tho feel a bit sorry for spurs. Why? give it six months and kanoute will be sulking again (as he always does) & defoe will be moaning to get a move to a "bigger" club & carrick will be fading in and out of games......hopefully when you're playing us!

seriously, i think you'll do well next year and get into europe, possibly win a cup.

Yeh - bloomin' football! My oh is a hammers fan and we've now had to rearrange the whole of bank hol Monday just so he can watch the game...huh! I'm going down the allotment in protest!  :D
