Crop under staging in a polyhouse?

What do you think I can grow under staging? the polycover is a bubble design to " bounce" light about? Wondering if I what would not bolt in heat.

many leafy salads.. open leaf lettuce, rocket and the like grow well in shade.. such as under bean rows.. might be worth a try..
