Almost the start of a lifetimes work!
It was like contraband in Southern England in my youth .Costing 2/6d a pint whereas  Friary Meux bitter was 1shilling &9pence
A favorite haunt was boycotted for several months when the price rose to 2/10d!
Where have the years gone?
