Yes.  Put them in a kilner jar or sauce jar that seals well and into the freezer for a few days.  Do not open the jar immediately it is fetched out again or moisture will settle on the cold seeds, but let it come up to room temperature first.  Bean beetles on French beans are usually a killer.  Fortunately on broad beans it is not as bad.  Once you have stopped the little blighters from eating more, a few holes do not usually stop germination.  Once they are dead you can sow the broadies with holes in, most will germinate well.  :wave:

Many thanks.  I always put my broad beans in the freezer.  I tend to put them in a plastic bag.  They germinate well.
