Gloxinia

One of my favourite house plants is Gloxinia, I like the way they die down and come back and are tolerant of all light levels - important in my house, with light being only very strong or very weak. Anyway 2 of them have died back so they got put outside the house by someone because they looked untidy,  They  spent 3.5 days outside - yesterday in heavy rain.  Can they survive?  Should I dig up the bulbs and put them to dry?
