My daughter was having a problem with her sink leaking, so my OH went over to fix it.  They bought various spare parts, but yesterday she said things were worse and what had been a drip was now unusable.

So I was surprised to hear this morning that it was now working fine.

So he managed to fix it then?  I asked.

No!!  I got a plumber in.
