Carrot & Apple Chutney Recipes

Anyone have any good carrot and apple chutney recipes as I have a glut of both at the moment!

Not a chutney fan personally.  But I am told this one is good.

Presume you can add apple.  I think I would reduce the amount of water, since the apples are quite wet, and probably most of the sugar as well.
