currant bushes

currants have some thing wrong and looks quite serious they are not cropping and hardly any new growth so I need to sort them had a great crop last year. Any ideas on how to treat please ?
They have lots of bind weed around the roots maybe that not sure

think your problem is blister aphid  provado bug killer will do the trick when blisters open plus a winter tree wash in dec will help hope this helps
