Oranges and Lemons

Had a bit of fun the last few days,having asked on here about best way to make Marmalade with Seville oranges I ended up
just making a basic marmalade that the girls can enjoy....ok its full sugar....so yours truly will only get a taste.

Anyway,they both enjoyed it but Judes a Lemon fan so I made a few jars of Lemon Marmalade too..!!!!!

The leftover Lemons got the salt and herb treatment so weve got a few jars of Preserved Lemons for the Roast Chicken.



anyway,cheers for any suggestions re the Marmalade.
